The 44-year-old reality star, who joined the show during its fifth season, is now the subject of a missing persons case, confirmed by Las Vegas police as of Tuesday, January 21.
The unsettling news first surfaced through TMZ, which reported that Natalie’s family contacted authorities when she missed two separate flights, one of which was on January 5.
The Las Vegas Police Department told PEOPLE that a missing persons report has been filed but declined to provide further details at this time.

Natalie’s mother, Denise Fuoco, shared with TMZ that her last interaction with her daughter was via FaceTime about a week ago. During the call, Natalie appeared nervous and distressed, abruptly ending the conversation without revealing her location.
When Denise attempted to reach her again, both of Natalie’s cell phones went unanswered.
Fuoco described her daughter’s behavior over the past month as increasingly “distant,” adding that the situation has left her feeling “sick” with worry and unable to sleep.
Adding to the mystery, a friend of Natalie’s — identified only as “Ben” — told Denise that the Mob Wives star contacted him on WhatsApp, requesting money for a plane ticket to Florida. However, Natalie never arrived.

Natalie’s last Instagram post – dated December 12, 2024 – showed her smiling and confident. “Not bad for 44 […] I love me some me,” she captioned a photo of herself dressed in a matching black set and thigh-high boots.
She went on to share a moment of self-appreciation: “It’s not my bday…I’m just feelin myself, dropped 10 lbs…hit that goal weight. Getting older is a blessing, can’t believe I made it this far. I’m embracing my age because to me it’s a badge of honor to have made it to 44.”
Mob Wives: The Last Stand marked the end of the VH1 reality series in 2016, and Natalie has largely stayed out of the spotlight since then, but she did take part in a celebrity boxing match back in 2021.

Her family’s plea for answers grows more urgent as days pass without any word of her whereabouts.
Additionally, her former Mob Wives co-star Drita D’Avanzo has since told TMZ: “OMG, This is horrible!!!
“I really hope it’s nothing but missing to flights and reported missing seems extremely concerning. I really wish they find her safe and sound! I have not seen or spoken to her in a very long time and wish I had answers.”
The investigation remains ongoing, with Natalie’s loved ones and fans anxiously awaiting updates. Anyone with information about her location is urged to contact the Las Vegas Police Department.
