Millie Bobby Brown seems to have adopted a new name following her marriage, and fans absolutely love it.
Millie rose to stardom in Stranger Things and since then her career has gone from strength to strength.
The former child star tied the knot with Jake Bongiovi in a secret ceremony in 2024 after the couple announced their engagement in 2023.
The intimate ceremony was described as a “very low-key, romantic affair” attended by their closest family members, per The Sun.

The young couple has faced some backlash on social media, with critics pointing to their age. However, Jake’s father, legendary musician Jon Bon Jovi, has publicly defended their decision.
In an interview with Andy Cohen, Bon Jovi said: “I don’t know if age matters; if you find the right partner and you grow together, I think that would be my advice, really, is growing together is wise.”
Millie has frequently shared glimpses of her relationship with Jake on social media, posting affectionate captions such as “my forever wedding date” and “my forever prince.”

Fans flooded the comments section with excitement over her updated name. “Millie Bobby Brown Bongiovi sounds so powerful,” one fan wrote, while another called it “the new tongue twister.”
Many others praised her with simple but enthusiastic remarks like: “Iconic.”
Before the wedding, Millie jokingly addressed speculation about her father-in-law performing at the event.
Speaking to Today, she said: “I feel like that’s asking me to go and like, do a full-on play for everyone. I think the man needs a break. He doesn’t stop.”
She added: “He’s always doing tennis or singing lessons. I think he needs a break, maybe it’s a three-hour break.”

Meanwhile, Stranger Things co-star Matthew Modine revealed in March that he had been chosen to officiate the wedding.
Known for his role as Dr. Martin Brenner in the hit series, the actor, 65, shared the news during an appearance on Access Daily.
In more recent Millie news, she issued a strong rebuttal to online trolls who targeted her appearance in a recent New Year’s Instagram post.
On New Year’s Eve, she shared a series of photos on Instagram that showcased her mirror selfie, a close-up of her Louis Vuitton Speedy bag, and a zoomed-in image of her face.
She donned a white and burgundy print dress, paired with her engagement ring, wedding band, and the designer accessory.
Despite the elegance of the post, the actress became the target of harsh criticism. Some commenters accused her of trying to look older than her age.
“Millie’s Google history: ‘How to look 65 when you are 16,’” one user wrote, while another commented: “U look 35 what happened??”
Other remarks were equally unkind, with one saying: “What’s happening to her face,” and another adding: “She looks like a 40-year-old Jersey housewife.”
Refusing to stay silent, Millie addressed the negativity head-on, responding directly on Instagram: “Women grow!! Not sorry about it.”
